Subscription cancellation, Lifetime purchases, refund requests and consumer rights.

Subscriptions

You can cancel future subscription renewals through the Lemon Squeezy customer billing portal. Cancelling a subscription does not normally end already-paid access immediately; access continues until the subscription expires at the end of the current billing period.

Lifetime

Lifetime is a one-time software access purchase rather than a recurring subscription.

Refund requests

For a billing error, duplicate purchase, technical activation problem or other refund request, contact {{SUPPORT_EMAIL}}. Refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy. This policy does not remove any mandatory rights you have under applicable consumer law.

Withdrawal / cooling-off rights

Digital-content and software rules can depend on when digital performance begins and what the customer expressly agreed to at checkout. YarnMargin will not rely on a loss of withdrawal rights unless the required customer consent and acknowledgement have been obtained. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
