Terms for the YarnMargin free calculator and Pro access.

1. What YarnMargin is

YarnMargin is a pricing and planning application for crochet and handmade sellers. Calculations are estimates and are not accounting, tax, legal or financial advice.

2. Plans

Free access includes the public calculator. YarnMargin Pro may be purchased monthly, yearly or as Lifetime. Monthly and yearly plans renew until cancelled. Lifetime is a one-time purchase for the current Pro feature set. Separately priced future cloud services, third-party integrations or paid add-ons may be excluded from Lifetime.

3. Devices and license

Paid access is for one customer and may be activated on up to two of that customer's own devices, subject to the activation limit. License keys may not be shared, resold, sublicensed or published.

4. Local storage

Business data is stored locally in the browser. You are responsible for making backups before clearing browser data, replacing a device or resetting YarnMargin.

5. Billing and cancellation

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record. Subscription cancellation stops future renewals; access normally continues until the end of the paid billing period. A subscription license expires when the related subscription expires.

6. Refunds and consumer rights

The Refund & Withdrawal Policy forms part of these terms. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

7. Fair use and suspension

Access may be disabled following a refunded or fraudulent transaction, a disabled or expired license, or material misuse of the license system.

8. Availability

YarnMargin may be updated, changed or temporarily unavailable for maintenance or technical reasons. Offline Pro access is limited to the configured validation grace period after a successful online check.

9. Governing law

These terms are intended to be governed by Dutch law, subject to mandatory consumer protections that apply to the customer.
